This is a little parody I wrote in response to the "Truth About Obama" thing I've seen a few times recently. You will note that it is better cited and yet equally as ridiculous. The Truth about Banana 1) ---Bananas are just delicious tropical fruits. Not exactly, Bananas are herbaceous or in other words, they are herbs. Yet, these frauds can routinely be found in your local grocery store's fruit section. Tropical huh? Although the exact origin of bananas is not known (some say Asia, others Africa) one thing's for sure : the word banana comes from the Arabic word "banan" meaning finger.
